Colleen has been busy getting some things ready to post so I'll just budge in here and post a Basic Grey layout I've just finished. I've only changed it a little!

It's Been Awhile!

Gosh... I was just making a few changes to this blog and noticed how long it's been since there's been a posting!! A few changes are coming... one is that Colleen is now going to be doing some of the postings here and spicing things up a little with some challenges and some of her work. If you could just see her scrap space you'd die of jealousy so I'm expecting her to make this a more interesting place! We've both been working on the Basic Grey page kits and let me tell you....they are really fun to do - of course some of us are making a few changes as we go along now that we are in our second year of doing them and are getting bolder.

St. Paddy's Day

We can't forget those shamrocks and green beer!! So sad that Rusty Pickle is closing their doors but I did get some of their "Lucky" paper awhile back and made a mini book. There is still lots in Colleen's store if you need to get 'green'!

It's Time For A New Look

And just in time for Valentine's Day too!! I've been working on a project with some of my all time favorite papers... Basic Grey's Bittersweet Rocky Road, Blushing Pink and Praline! I took a CI Beverly Heart Book and cut it apart then covered it with paper and embellished it... here's what I made:

Working on A Valentine!

Well... it's been awhile since I've posted I see... I am working on a Valentines project now... Colleen has lots of those nice white chipboard heart albums... if you want some ideas, check out my post from last Valentines - there are a couple of different ideas there. I am using the same album but it is going to be different so stay tuned!!

Oops... I forgot to post this. It's of Christmas 2007... finally! I love those big red flowers Colleen has in a huge big jar so I made use of two of them for the embellishment on this DVD tin... and the bottle cap too! The little cardstock album inside still needs a little work but this is basically what it will still look like when done!

A New Year...

and maybe a few new projects! I am busy getting my scrap room organized - I have some ideas to try out with some of the new goodies Santa left for me so stay tuned!
